ICVAcademy administration has opened the following academic departments to achieve excellence after giving the best possible throughput of services to our society with the help of independence and distribution of available resources and power. In-charge or Head of the Department (HoD) of each of these departments is a subject expert as well as she/he is member of the Board of Directors of the ICVAcademy and she/he is responsible to look after all the assigned activities. HoD herself/himself is a faculty/teacher member. Department offers specific courses for the different levels of study. Each course has a fixed syllabus structure based on state and central boards or councils. Faculty members of the department follow this syllabus for teaching. Departments are having full-time, part-time, guest, and visiting faculties. Full-time and part-time faculties are taking physical classes regularly. Guest and visiting faculties are mostly taking online classes on the specific part of the syllabus, and doubt clearing through presentations, quizzes, video lectures, etc. Department will take Module-wise tests and evaluations at regular intervals and conduct parent-teacher meetings for progress feedback. Department provides the study materials through a common library system.
